Mylo
We rehomed Mylo at the start of June, he is a lovely yorkie x westie, we found him a lovely home with a nice couple named Michael and Wendy.
When we were looking for a home for Mylo we wanted a very special home for him where he would be loved to bits and we definitely found him just that with Wendy and Michael.
It was Mylo’s birthday so we all got together to have a doggy birthday party for Mylo. It was so nice to see Mylo happy and settled with his new owners and we had a lovely day Mylo met lots of doggy friends at walkies and he enjoyed meeting up with them again.

Patches
We re homed patch a couple of months ago hes was a lovely jack russell full of character and slightly dominant when he arrived. We were looking for a home where he would be treated as one of the family.Then we had a lovely email from a couple named Julie and Kai when they met Patch it was love at first site !! Here’s what they thought…

“We saw a picture of Patches on the internet and got more info from him from the Walkies Dogs website. He looked exactly the kind of dog we were looking for. I really liked the detailed descriptions of what Charly and Paul had been doing with him and showing how he had been making progress since being with them. We arranged to go and meet Patches and had an amazing experience”.
“We felt really confident that they knew what they were talking about and that they dedicate their lives to their love of dogs giving them the love and training they need. We were also really impressed with how supportive they were and how they said they would be there for us throughout Patches life. They’re lovely and dedicated people and we felt really good about re-homing a dog through them”.
“Patches has settled in really well and is looking forward to keeping in touch with Walkies Dogs -especially when we go on holiday! We absolutely adore him. He’s changed our lives completely. He is a lovely dog with a great nature and great fun. I can’t believe we’ve only had him for a few weeks as he’s really made himself at home. His favourite things so far seem to be sitting up in the window and he seems to have a love of running water. This is quite useful for bath times! Diesel
Diesel was one of our favourite re homers he suffered from nervous aggression and was not suitable for children. Due to Diesel being such a beautiful dog we had so many phone calls for him . Because of Diesels nervous aggression we needed to find a home with people who understood the training involved in owning him. Then we found Jade and Chris they had , had a dog before who was very much like Diesel and were willing to work with him and use the training we had done.

“Diesel has settled really well with us he is very loving and loyal and is very clever he learns quickly and he loves playing new games. He is still learning to trust new people but is doing well and is on the right track. Hes a great dog and perfect for us. Thank you walkies.” – Jade and Chris.
Geno
Geno was a lovely shih tzu we re homed back in the summer. He had been displaying aggression, especially towards children and was very highly strung. By the end of his training with us we took him to a friend of mines house with lots of children and he loved it. We really enjoyed turning Geno’s life around and by the end of it he got on so well with our children.
We found a lovely home for him with another Shih tzu named Elmo and a very nice couple named Fran and Ross.

“I followed the advise you gave us when we collected him to calm him down and make him feel more relaxed and less stressed, he was initially fairly growly and unsure, but now he is without a doubt the most lovable, sweet, friendly, caring dog there is! He is so in love with his little brother Elmo (as seen in piccys) They are crazy together and inseparable!
Geno is 100% part of the family now and we couldnt imagine life without him, We are expecting our first baby in July and we cant wait for geno to meet our new little bundle.
