Shandy is looking for an active forever home with somone who under stands the collie breed needs !
Shandy is Nine months old , he came to Walkies as his elderly owners couldn’t cope with an energetic pups needs. He was fostered for a while by the wonderful Jane before he came in. Shandy loves other dogs and is extremely switched on and clever. We are looking for an active home for Shandy with lots of time. He would excell in the agility or obeidence fields. If this could be you come and meet him !
Stage 1
Shandy settled in really well to Walkies way of life , when Jane first had him he hadn’t been socialized much so over the weeks she took him out with her dogs and introduced him to lots of things that occur in everyday life. Now Shandy is at Walkies we will be able to get him used to lots of different people, children and carry on socializing him as much as possible. He had shown signs of nervous aggression as he hadn’t met many people before. Shandy has done great so far and has bonded with Bertie the Lab he is such a loving dog and fun to be around.
